Most of the hard parts are done
The ticket bought
The car rented
Thirty nine days to go and counting
My excitement mounting

This is an adventure
Beyond any adventure
For I have never ventured
So far
For so long
So alone

No one
No nothing
No nobody to depend on
Only me
Myself and
I
For six whole weeks
I am going to fly
By the seat of my Levi's

Well, my Levi's and
One skirt
A dress
Some tee shirts
A sweater
My cards
My cameras
My laptop
And a dream

No job
No kids
No house
No clock
No schedule
No kidding

Seems too good
To be true

If I wake up
And it's all gone, my friend

Get a hammer
And knock me out so when

I wake up again
I'll be in Ireland......
