My wee pals .

Location: Scotland

My wee pals arent called Paddy
or Michael or either Sean
they are different to us
but want to be one

They laugh at the same wee joke I do
the teachers the parents and such
we share bubble gum and movies
and enjoy as all children do

I ask them to tell me there difference
where they came from and that
some have been born right beside me
and some like they were there all the time

they have mothers and fathers
like I do , but sometimes only mammy is there
they want all the family together
and say well your just like me now

The way it seen by us all now
this Island the Ireland our home
dosent matter a jot how you got here
your Irish deep in your soul .
