When I close my eyes
I see ye there
Intertwined with me
In the ethers where
Nothing can touch us
No pain no sorrow
Reality must wait
'Till morrow

Someplace in the ethers
Where still stands time
Once upon a dream
Ye once were mine

Where do dreams go
In the day?
Fleeting images
Fade away...

Fade into the ethers
Where they find
A santuary
For the mind...

Into the ethers
Spill the schemes
Whispered hopes
Fevered dreams
Half-made plans
Heartfelt prayers
Broken promises
Worries...cares....
