Sceala Irish Craic Forum Discussion:     Ireland natives: Tell me about the Guiness Police
While Nat and I were at the beach last week, we stopped in a Grotto's Pizza bar (East Coast people should know the name) and had a couple of drinks. Our bartender was a nice young man from Cork. I ordered my customary Guiness and we got to talking about all things Ireland. He tol me that Guiness has reps that frequent all the bars serving their drink to make sure it is poured correctly and has the correct amount of head and all that. He told me that having a Guiness is serious business in Ireland. I found this quite interesting, probably because I had already went through a couple, but that's neither here nor there.
